In 2007, Mr Eric Gitonga who was residing in Australia at the time, planned to build a dream home for his family back in Kenya. Gitonga was introduced to a local housing company that promised to help him realize his dream but that never came to be. At first everything worked on well, but he started to get suspicious when the company begun changing their terms of agreement, even demanding full project payment before the foundation was complete.
After seven grueling months of back and forth, Gitonga ended up paying over KSh 4.2 million for just the foundation. He shared his harrowing experience with his friend, Farrowson Murithi, and from this Murithi saw an opportunity to offer a solution to many desiring home owners. READ

then this happens Murithi added that most Kenyans fear building homes yet they’re unaware of the fact that if one qualifies for a loan of more than KSh 1 million, they are able to own a home and complete payment within six years.
